  Every time I book my car for a service here. I'm told it will take up to four hours before its ready. I get a txt message 2 hours later advising me that it's ready. Everytime I call the service center no-one answers the phone as well, so I call the main number to get transferred to the workshop and still no one answers for long periods of time. I also think that there is a lot of miscommunication here too. When my car was serviced in 2016, a new service sticker was put on the windscreen, to be serviced at 26,000km or there abouts .When I got to 26,000km or there abouts , which was about 6 months after the previous service, I booked it in for a service, got there and they told me that it wasn't due to be serviced. Miscommunication within their departments. But that has contributed to this review.

  I dont personally own or service a vehicle from this place, but the company I work for does. The faces behind the counter are nice people doing the best they can. But its a faceless business, passing the buck, causing more problems than solving. Would not recommend. Your local small time mechanic is more deserving of your patronage

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Test drive process very straightforward. Good experience here whilst car shopping.

  Mostly trainees (just came out of TAFE students) fix your cars which is highly risky in car's long run , they can hardly identify the actual fault and for that they open up half of your car than put it back
